Festival of Trees

Starkey and I took the kids to the Festival of Trees this year. We went on the first night it was open and we were like the only people there.

Notice that Linus Jr. had to take the blanket on the train!

Happy Halloween!

This Halloween we went to Nicki's house. That neighborhood was nuts! There were kids everywhere and people decorated like crazy. It was like a Halloween movie! I didn't get many pictures because my camera wasn't cooperating.

Casey's Field Trip

Casey's class wnt on a field trip to the Peoria zoo on Wednesday. I let her take my camera. I now have 300 pictures of the day. She took pictures on the bus on the way there and back. I also have some pretty funny videos!

Pumpkin Patch

I took the kids to a new pumpkin patch this afternoon. It was the first day this month that it wasn't cloudy, freezing, or raining. It's out by my mom and dad's house in Downs. It was so cute!


First, we got our faces painted.

Then we picked some pumpkins.

Then we rode on the barrels. Both kids loved this a lot. They rode for 20 minutes and I didn't think I was ever going to get them off!

Then we went through the corn maze. Considering Mason fell down 4 times and I thought we were lost, it was fun!

Then they rode the barells again.
